The 2016 NMHS reported a treatment gap of 80.4% for common mental disorder

  • India has a high suicide rate, with mental distress being a key factor.

  • CHALLENGES AND BARRIERS: -

Build A Mental Hospital With Us

  1. Stigma: Stigma surrounding mental illness is a major barrier to seeking help.

  2. Limited Access: There is a shortage of mental healthcare professionals and facilities, particularly in rural areas.

  3. Cultural Beliefs: Cultural beliefs and attitudes towards mental illness can influence treatment-seeking behaviors.

  4. Financial Constraints: The cost of mental healthcare can be a barrier for many people.

  5. Lack of Awareness: There is a lack of awareness about mental health issues and available services

  • For these aforesaid reasons we want to establish a Mental Hospital in eastern India to provide free of cost specialized care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals with severe mental illnesses, addressing the stigma and lack of community-based mental healthcare, and ensuring access to crucial services .
